Office Depot Managed
Print Service campaign

Involved direct mail and email to drive respondents to their own unique microsite. We developed a comedy card concept that achieved major cut-through in this typically conservative B2B arena.

The sales force followed up via telephone any traffic to the microsite. The campaign achieved a 7% response rate.

Firstly we created the identity and branding for this series of events being run by Office Depot. Then we planned and delivered the communication programme – comprising direct mail, email, web registration site and further printed support for the event.

The first event aimed at Procurement and Facilities Management professionals was a huge success achieving full attendance and fantastic feedback.

More events will take place this year utilising the same strategy and adapted creative.

We developed and delivered this brand awareness direct mail pack for Office Depot. Aimed at their entire prospect base the pack underlined the extensive benefits Office Depot provide for their customers. The idea behind it was to demonstrate that customers want things to simply be 'RIGHT'. To achieve this Office Depot have a highly sophisticated network of Distribution Centres around the country which ensure everything is RIGHT.

Managed Print Solution for Office Depot – October 2011

Office Depot have briefed Lite to plan and deliver an integrated campaign to promote their Managed Print Solution service to existing customers. Comprising direct mail, email and campaign microsite the objective is to identify leads for sales force follow up.


Conceptually we looked to use the data in a clever and engaging way. A comedic route was also favoured as a way to achieve cut through in a highly competitive, noisy and typically conservative B2B arena.


Office Depot hands Lite Lead Generation task – July 2011

Office Depot have briefed Lite to plan and deliver all required communications for a major business lead generation push. Lite will be take charge of prospect data and use this to roll out a personalised direct mail, email and microsite campaign. Each prospect will be directed to a bespoke microsite tailored to them and their needs.


Lite will deliver all aspects of the programme including creative, data management, print, mailing, email build and deployment, and microsite design, build and hosting.
